DETAILS

• Rates are based on two people, one travel unit and one tow vehicle. Each additional person is $5.00 per day per person or $150.00 per month per person. Additional vehicles are $5.00 per day. Electric and Gas golf cars only. No ATV’s or Side by Sides. No tents, pop-ups or truck campers.
• Guest is responsible for electricity charges on any reservations of one (1) month or longer.
• No car trailers, trailers, dollies, utility trailers or boats allowed on site, must have a site assigned for storage and have a sticker for your units. One (1) unit per site.
• No electrical appliances outside the unit. See office for details.
• Sites have 30/50 amp power, water and sewer connections.
• Sites are not guaranteed, although we will do our best to accommodate your request.
• We reserve the right to refuse service and will not be responsible for damage to rigs, accidents or injury to guest or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.​
• Owner is responsible for all insurance on their personal property.​
• Wi-Fi is available, reception is not guaranteed. You do have the option to upgrade, see office for details​
• There can be up to two (2) pets per site, size and breed restrictions, see office for details. Doggy waste must be bagged and placed in containers around our resort.​
• Curbside trash pickup, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, by 9:00 am (not be be left outside after pickup due to wildlife.
• No smoking in any resort buildings or outdoor recreational areas.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. A charge of 25% will be deducted from the deposit amount. No refunds for early departures and no shows.
