GUIDELINES

OFFICE HOURS:

Office Hours: Monday – Sunday 9:00am – 5:00pm

ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES – RESERVATIONS:

Check In Time: 1:00pm
Check Out Time – 11:00am
No refunds for early departures, late arrivals or no shows.
All guests must sign in or register at the office.

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. A charge of 25% will be deducted from the deposit amount.

AGE SPECIFIC DATES:

55+ Resort from November 1st – April 30th
Open to all May 1st – October 31st

VEHICLES:

One RV/Motorhome and one car/truck is allowed on each site. The RV/Motorhome must be 10 years and in excellent condition. Any older RV/Motorhomes must provide recent dated photo of all 4 sides.

WASHING OF VEHICLES:

Bucket washing of RV’s and vehicles is permitted.

POOL AND CLUBHOUSE HOURS:

8:00am – 8:00pm unless there is a special event.

WASHERS AND DRYERS:

Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room and are credit card operated

PETS:

Two (2) pets are permitted per site, size and breed restrictions apply. All pets must be quiet and friendly. No aggressive dogs allowed. All Pets must be kept on a leash! (6 feet or less). Pets should not be left outside unattended or tied up. Cats must be kept inside. No pets in public buildings. We have a wonderful dog park.

GOLF CARTS:

Golf carts are allowed (all operators must have a valid drivers license).
