Things to do

When is check-in / check-out time?

Check-in time is 1:00pm

Check-out time is 11:00am

What if we can not arrive before 5:00pm?

Contact our office before 5:00pm at 352-327-3863 so our management team can welcome you after hours.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival. A charge of 25% will be deducted from the deposit amount.

Do you have 50 amp service?

Yes, 30/50 amp service on all of our sites.

Can I make a fire?

No individual fire pits, however occasional group fire pit events will be held by our ranger in winter months. Propane fire pit only.

Do you allow smoking?

No smoking in any resort buildings or outdoor recreational areas.

Do you have curbside trash pickup?

Yes, Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Trash must be set at corner of your unit by 9:00 am on morning of pickup. No trash outside after pickup due to wildlife.

Do you have a pool?

Yes, it is a fabulous resort style heated pool & spa.

What are the pool & clubhouse hours?

8:00am – 8:00pm unless special events in place.

Do you have laundry/bath facilities?

We have private bath houses and credit card operating washer & dryers.

Do you have Wi-Fi?

Yes, throughout our resort.

Do you allow golf carts?

Yes, all operators must have a valid drivers license.

What amenities are onsite?

Ballroom style 6,500 sq ft clubhouse with stage, game room with pool tables and sand shuffle board, state of the art exercise gym, a card room, banquet serving kitchen, large pavilion, pickleball courts, dog park, walking trails and lakes surround.

Do you have age restrictions on the RV?

Yes, RV’s must be 10 years or younger and must be in excellent condition. Any older RV’s must provide recent dated photo of all 4 sides.

How many vehicles are allowed on each site?

One RV/Motorhome and one car/truck. Guest to register at office. No parking on road or off paved guests own site.

How many RV sites are there?

There are 242 Premium RV sites on over 167 acres. All sites are on a lake or woods, none are back to back.

What are the site types?

All sites are premium angled back-ins and on a lake or woods.

Do you have paved sites?

Yes, all our sites are concrete pads.

Are you pet friendly?

Yes, 2 dogs are allowed per site, some breed restrictions apply. We have a wonderful dog park. Pets must be on a leash (6 feet or less). Cat’s must be kept inside. No pets in public buildings.

What is there to do near the RV Resort?

There are biking trails, you can kayak on the rivers and springs, and boating in Homosassa and Crystal River to the gulf. Click on our Surrounding Area button for lots more!
