ARRIVALS – DEPARTURES – RESERVATIONS:

Check In Time: 1:00pm
Check Out Time – 11:00am
No refunds for early departures, late arrivals or no shows.
All guests must sign in or register at the office.
 

CANCELLATIONS:

Daily

7 days prior to arrival for a full refund of pre-paid stay
minus $10 (booking fee) Less than 7 days NO REFUND
Weekly

30 days or more prior for a full refund of pre-paid stay

minus $10 (booking fee) Less than 30 days NO REFUND
Monthly

30 days or more prior for full refund of deposit
minus $10 (booking fee)

Less than 30 days NO REFUND of deposit
 

VEHICLES:

One RV/Motorhome and one car/truck is allowed on each site. The RV/Motorhome must be 10 years and in excellent condition. Any older RV/Motorhomes must provide recent dated photo of all 4 sides.
 

WASHING OF VEHICLES:

Bucket washing of RV’s and vehicles is permitted.
 

POOL AND CLUBHOUSE HOURS:

8:00am – 8:00pm unless there is a special event.
 

WASHERS AND DRYERS:

Washers and dryers are available in the laundry room and are credit card operated
 

PETS:

Pets are permitted, size and breed restrictions apply. All pets must be quiet and friendly. No aggressive dogs allowed. All Pets must be kept on a leash! (6 feet or less). Pets should not be left outside unattended or tied up. Cats must be kept inside. No pets in public buildings. We have a wonderful dog park.
 

GOLF CARTS:

Golf carts are allowed (all operators must have a valid drivers license).
